SALT & the Luxury Market

Today’s video is all about state and local taxes (SALT). As you may know, there’s a $10,000 cap per household (not per person) on what homeowners can write off when filing their income taxes. State and local taxes have been impacting luxury home sales the most, but have also affected resale of all price points—particularly in states with higher property taxes.
