Wellness Wednesday : Multitask

Any time you can incorporate more movement in your day to day is to multitask. A easy way to make brushing your teeth a more active process is to do squats while brushing. In the two minutes you spend brushing your teeth (both morning and night) you can probably do between 25-50 squats. That is really working the quadriceps and the glutes. Over time, these moments of wellness will lead to a stronger you!
