Inspired Guidance Meditation for Reiki Home through Frank Coppieters, October 24, 2025

The secret is so simple.

Just surrender to being open.

And being present.

Being open to the revelation of your true essence.

Somehow, by being more open, some of the tensions that have gathered in your energy field, have a chance to disappear.

Where do they go?

They disappear in the open space you are.

One by one.

And then very often a very sweet liberation takes place.

Without any effort.

A sudden sense of freedom.

The freedom to just be.

And with it comes the insight that you are connected to source.

Always!

As Reiki connects you to source.

Always!

And this insight moves you from limited, linear time to unlimited time, eternal time.

The poet T.S. Eliot wrote: “To be conscious is not to be in time.”

To be timeless.

Even one glimpse of this, is so precious.

When you are connected to what is, everything is so fresh and so vibrant.

The colors of the leaves are deepening as they are dancing in the wind.

And you become more aware of your own unique essence.

All your perceptions take you back to source.

And to the silence, the eternal silence within you.

Meditating is falling in love with this silence.

Here also the revelation of your true essence takes place.

Always.

When the world is noisier than ever, your inner silence is the antidote.

When you speak your truth from this place of silence, there is a strong force behind it.

Today both your silence and your truth are very much needed.

Trust that your silence, your truth, your love and your kindness are making a difference.

Geef je gewoon over om open te zijn.

En aanwezig te zijn.

Open zijn voor de openbaring van je ware essentie.

Op een of andere manier, door open te zijn, kunnen spanningen die zich hebben opgestapeld in je energetische systeem, zich oplossen.

Waar gaan ze naartoe?

Zij verdwijnen in de open ruimte die jij bent.

De ene spanning na de andere.

En dan gebeurt het vaak dat er een zeer fijne bevrijding plaatsvindt.

Zonder enige moeite.

Een plots gevoel van vrijheid.

De vrijheid van gewoon te zijn.

En daarbij komt het inzicht dat jij verbonden bent met bron.

Altijd!

Zoals Reiki jou verbindt met bron.

Altijd!

En dit inzicht doet jou verschuiven van beperkte, lineaire tijd naar onbeperkte, eeuwige tijd.

De dichter T.S. Eliot schreef: “Bewust zijn, is niet in tijd zijn.”

Tijdeloos zijn.

Zelfs één glimp hiervan is zo dierbaar.

Als jij verbonden bent met wat is, is alles zo fris en zo levendig.

De kleuren van de bladeren verdiepen zich, terwijl ze dansen in de wind.

En jij wordt je meer bewust van je eigen, unieke essentie.

Al je waarnemingen brengen jou terug naar bron.

En naar de eeuwige stilte in jou.

Mediteren is verliefd worden op deze stilte.

Hier ook gebeurt de openbaring van je ware essentie.

Altijd.

De wereld is luider dan ooit tevoren. Jouw innerlijke stilte is het tegengif.

Als jij je waarheid spreekt vanuit deze plaats van stilte, is er een sterke kracht aanwezig.

Vandaag is jouw stilte en jouw waarheid broodnodig.

Vertrouw erop dat jouw stilte, jouw waarheid, jouw liefde en je vriendelijkheid een verschil uitmaken.
