My full-time job for over a decade has been performing as a freelance musician. Of course, I want people to pay artists and musicians [A TON] to perform live. So… when I saw this petition going around on Facebook saying we should force the Minneapolis Parks & Rec board to pay artists for every free outdoor concert, no matter the size… why did I initially feel like I disagreed with it?
