The Path to Madeira Episode 7

This series will follow Damian as he targets competing in the 3000m steeplecahse at European Masters Championships being held in Madeira during October 2025. Richard of ‘Easy With Franzese’ fame will be along for the journey.

Damian has been steadily progressing his training but the competitve season is not so far away. We discuss how to navigate the return from injury with limited running training alongside cross-training and the very specific preparation for competing over the steeplechase.
