Step 1: Accept your feelings. Your feelings are valid and deserve room to be felt. Not only positive emotions deserve space within you.
Step 2: Don't avoid, but instead process.
Step 3. Focus on the relationships that do see and value you.
Step 4. Self awareness. Notice your patterns and learn about yourself and how you deal with stress.
Step 5. Self Reflection.
