Ep. 6 - Emma McQuaid

Emma McQuaid, from Ravernet near Lisburn, has been to three CrossFit Games and represented Northern Ireland at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, finishing fourth in the 63kg event. McQuaid also won the 2022 Wodapalooza competition in Miami, FL.

The 32-year-old was quad racing at an international level and winning National Championships before she discovered CrossFit while in America supporting her husband's rehabilitation after he had a serious crash on a quad track.
