"We're focused on cultural change. And so when you want to change or support positive change in a community, it's not easy because first of all, they have to identify that they have a need to change. In terms of working with change, it starts by giving information that becomes relevant and simple to implement without becoming taxing and stressful on already stressed people."
Social and emotional learning consultant, Jocelyne Chirnside, talks about creating cultural change in communities and the work she does with children and adults to equip them with the skills and resilience to be empowered for life.
In this first episode of Mindset Mastery, we look at good and bad stress, training our brain, the difference between bullying and conflict and how we can reframe our thoughts to live happier and healthier lives.
