Holiday Gifts - A Hydroflask

First off, Happy Thanksgiving all.  So grateful to be healthy and sharing my wellness knowledge with you all.  Thanks for being here.

I know I say it all the time but we need to do a better job at hydrating ourselves.

I love my hydroflask, it keeps my cold water cold for at least half a day and same with hot drinks.  It has a wide mouth that makes filling easy and a low profile screw cap that stays tight so no leaks.
