Joe Stanfield had always been the big guy but when he saw 560 pounds on the scale he knew he needed to make change. A new found love for cooking turned out to be the catalyst he needed to get started on his way. He's currently down 145 pounds and focused on what he needs to do to finally reclaim his health.
