Even though PETA has documented Seaquest’s 87 brushes with the law in nine years, a weak federal and state regulatory environment allow the deadly abuse to continue. A swell of concerned citizens and animal activists are stepping in to force public agencies to address Seaquest’s malfeasance and, possibly, close it down.
