Episode #28 is up- This week Matt sits down with his very good friend Mr. Frank Abril, Arizona native, retired Hollywood studio set painter, & current Paulden, AZ resident.
When The Mile High Show was created, one of the goals of the producers was to introduce some of the interesting local characters to the listening audience and Frank sure fits the bill.
Born in Arizona, he spent his childhood in Fresno, CA before signing on with Walt Disney Studios in the early 1970’s. He also spent time with Universal, working on many hit TV shows & movies throughout his career before retiring back in Arizona.
Our intro music this week is Hooray for Hollywood by Anita O’Day, our outro is Hollywood Swinging by Kool & The Gang.
