In this episode I talk about the whole issue with people always wanting to start over on goals. They feel like they always need a fresh start, a new month, a new Monday and then they fail again instead of just continuing on forward. Staying committed to your health and fitness goals is going to be something that is a mindset shift and that is something I used to struggle with. I am going to talk about a couple things that I have done that have helped me to change my mindset surrounding goals so that I don't feel like I failed when I have a day that's not perfect because we're not looking for perfect, we are looking for consistent!
