Today on Winephabet Street the letter of the day is W and it stands for Waitaki Valley in New Zealand. Flanked by the cool south Pacific Ocean to the east and the high peaks of the Southern Alps to the west, the Waitaki Valley is a relatively new wine region and home of the highest Mountain Aoraki-Mount Cook.
