Peter Jaggard, MD, CMD
Dr. Jaggard is a Certified Medical Director at Masters in BioEthics from Trinity International University where he is an Adjunct Professor. Dr. Jaggard has worked in Post-Acute and Long Term Care for 34 years. He currently chairs the AMDA-PALTC Ethics Subcommittee.
Fatima Naqvi, MD, CMD
Dr. Naqvi comes to Five Star with board certifications in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She is a dedicated Medical Director, MOLST Master Trainer as well as carrying a fellowship from Harvard Medical School in Palliative Care. Dr. Naqvi serves as the Regional Medical Director for Frederick, Carroll and Montgomery counties.
