Customer Service is our theme for this weekend’s broadcast and Cathy Frankel, our Customer Service Manager will join us for the discussion.  In addition to learning about Northeast Delta Dental’s Customer Service Team, Cathy will also share about National Customer Service Week, which is observed the first full week in October.  This year, National Customer Service Week is October 7 – 11 and our theme is ‘The Magic of Service – We Make People Smile.’  Join us for an informative and fun show on Customer Service!
