Today's guest is Marilyn Heiman and she directs the Pew Environment Group's offshore energy program. Marilyn has 27 years of experience on natural resource policy issues. Last month, she gave Senate testimony on needed revisions to offshore drilling law. She was staff to the Exxon-Valdez Oil Spill Commission.
