Episode 19: Dealing with Suicide

Merry meet to one and all! Yes, episode 19 is finally out. Tonight we have the usual suspects, things that I've learned recently (ranging from mead making/goal setting to writing/goal setting...aparently all about goals lol) and a Big P segment on the impact of my spirituality on my suicidal experiences. The first break is Hold On by Sarah McLachlan. Then we head straight into the discussion on dealing with suicide when it's someone you know.
