Today's guest is Dr. Tad Daley and he is a doctoral attorney, a scholar on nuclear disarmament and a Fellow with the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War – the Nobel Peace laureate recipient in 1985. In the past he served as a member of the International Policy group at RAND, where Cold War nuclear theories were forged, and has been a policy advisor to Dennis Kucinich, Congresswoman Diane Watson and the late Senator Alan Cranston.
