She is the current President of the American Apitherapy Society, Inc., a scientific non-profit organization dedicated to the education and research of apitherapy, and is on the teaching faculty. Frédérique is an international speaker on apitherapy having presented papers in France, Greece, and most recently Slovenia at Apimedica, the world apitherapy conference.
