From October to March, half the year, we celebrate numerous holidays with chocolate.  Besides tasting heavenly, chocolate has wonderful health benefits, most notably heart health and improved mood.  It depends on the percentage of cacao (pronounced kuh-KOW).  It came on the scene around 1500 BC and is still going strong.  Learn all about how it started, how it is made and why we love it.
