Philanthropy is changing. Where it was once a process done by rote, today we expect results, accountability and very measurable metrics. Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and others have ushered in, what some see as, the Golden Age of philanthropy. Yet the facts are, that with all of this change, philanthropy still often under preforms.
