This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. There could scarcely be a greater contrast between Attorney General Eric Holder and his predecessor, Judge Michael Mukasey, President George W. Bush’s last AG. Lately, calls have been mounting for Holder’s resignation over the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal. Far more worrisome, he has populated the Justice Department with radical leftists, including lawyers sympathetic to the terrorists detained at Guantanamo Bay.

Lately, calls have been mounting for Holder’s resignation over the Fast and Furious gun-walking scandal. Far more worrisome, he has populated the Justice Department with radical leftists, including lawyers sympathetic to the terrorists detained at Guantanamo Bay.

Worse yet, Holder has bent every effort to excuse, ignore and enable the threat posed by the Muslim Brotherhood here in the United States.

By contrast, in a Veterans Day speech before the esteemed Federalist Society, Judge Mukasey rendered his latest outstanding public service. He starkly illuminated that threatening “civilization jihad” – a determined effort to destroy this country from within.

America needs an Attorney General like Michael Mukasey, now, more than ever.
