Happy Thanksgiving

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.  There are, of course, all the obvious reasons – the gatherings of family and friends, the shared meals and the other traditions of the season. But most importantly, it is the moment in the year when, as a nation, we are called to reflect upon our blessings. Largely free of the commercialization and hype that afflicts most of our other holidays, Thanksgiving is a time for our country simply to come together to reflect, pray and express our gratitude. My list always starts with thanks for our exceptional nation and for those who ensure we can live here in freedom.  I hope that you feel similarly, and will resolve in the year ahead to help keep ours the land of the free and the home of the brave.
