Give Us A Fuel Choice

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. President Obama and his Republican rivals are outdoing each other on the need to lower gas prices.  But, the cost at the pump continues to increase. If we really want to reduce the price of a fill-up – and stop enriching suppliers who are hostile to us, we have to change the game.  We have to end OPEC’s monopoly on the fuels we use to power our vehicles. It turns out that many late model cars in America can, with minor modifications, use not only gasoline but fuels like ethanol and methanol that we can produce relatively cheaply here at home – in the case of methanol from our vast natural gas deposits.
