Holy Land Foundation Ruling

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. Yesterday, the Supreme Court declined to revisit the convictions of five jihadists found guilty of raising funds in America for Hamas, a designated terrorist group.  Their 2008 trial in Dallas as part of the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing conspiracy was a watershed moment in the fight against such Islamists in this country. The successful prosecution of these co-conspirators exposed this Muslim Brotherhood front and its help to an organization sworn to the destruction of our ally, Israel.  The trial also illuminated the Brotherhood’s vast infrastructure in America and its mission here of “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within.” We need to roll up the other Muslim Brotherhood fronts in this country.  And we need to know now if the Obama administration will ask the Supreme Court to reconsider its decision after the election.
