Attack on Israel

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. Yesterday, Israel’s biggest city came under missile attack for the first time in two decades. The missiles came from the Gaza Strip – a hotbed of jihadism controlled by Hamas, which is the Muslim Brotherhood’s franchise there and a designated terrorist organization. This marks a dangerous escalation in the rocket war Hamas and other Islamists have waged against Israel off and on since the Jewish State foolishly relinquished Gaza to the Palestinians in 2005. Unless something practical is done to eliminate this threat, far larger numbers of Israelis will be subjected to the intolerable, terrifying condition that has, until now, tormented only those who live near Gaza. That must be the object of Israeli military operations now underway. And America needs to stand by its ally as they proceed and the going gets tough.
