Episode 34 of the Skiddle.com Weekends Matter podcast is now available for your listening pleasure
In this episode we feature an exclusive mix from mancunian band, Delphic
Delphic formed in 2009 and are a three piece band hailing from a leafy suburb of Stockport, Manchester. Their debut album, Acolyte, was released in 2010 to critical acclaim and resulted in them playing at all the major festivals including Creamfields, T in the Park and Glastonbury as well as a number of uk and european tours. Tracks from that album have been featured on major TV shows as well as mixes of the tracks being supported by the cream of dance DJ's. Their new album, Collections, was released in January this year with one of the tracks, Good Life, selected as an official track for the London Olympics. The new album took a new turn musically and was produced by DFA's Tim Goldsworth and Ben Allen, they are currently on a european tour promoting the album.
This exclusive podcast mix gives a taste of what makes the band tick and is certainly dance floor friendly. They will be playing at various festivals across the summer including Liverpool Sound City and Leefest and you can get tickets for both of them now on Skiddle
