A short 25 min practice for honouring your menstrual cycle and becoming a Moon Queen! In these precious few days it is a time to nourish and nurture yourself and find balance both physically and emotionally.  This restorative practice will  help you do just that! You will need two bolsters (firm pillows will also work!), a strap, 2 blocks (or cushions) and a blanket. Enoy!
