The Senate’s Contempt for Us

Sixty-seven senators yesterday showed contempt for the American people, for the rule of law and for the national security. They voted to proceed to the adoption of a nearly 1200-page “amendment” that will further deform our already broken immigration system. The question is: Will they get away with it?

The answer must be a resounding “No.” Despite the misleading claims of proponents, the bill now pending will first give amnesty to those who have come here illegally and promise to secure the border later. We have seen this movie before – and it ends without border security and with millions of additional unlawful aliens here, demanding yet another amnesty.

Let your Senator know you oppose such a defective immigration bill. Then tell your Member of Congress to prevent enactment of this travesty.
