Well, well well, as R.L. Burnside would say. It definitely felt good to do a show at night once again, and I think this was one of our finer outings. Whether true or not, it seemed like a while since we'd given Pixies a spin, so they provided the "Physical Evidence," and I did my first "spoken word piece over music" mix, something I used to enjoy doing quite a bit.

So much radio has happened since, even though it has only been a week and a half, that I have no specific recollections about this program. Does that mean I didn't mess up anywhere? That would be nice, but I'd be a fool to guarantee it.

The program is aging--hopefully like a fine wine. It feels strange to see certain artists come around again--a new EP from Brassica, another reissue from The Durutti Column, etc. This was bound to happen, but I am, as always, emotionally unprepared.
