Team Obama, Criminal Conspirator

A federal judge recently handed down a ruling that condemns the Obama administration’s malfeasance with respect to enforcement of U.S. immigration laws.

At a moment when advocates of so-called “immigrant rights” are ramping up their demands that President Obama stop enforcing those laws, Judge Richard Hanen found that the Department of Homeland Security is already doing that. Worse yet, it has gone so far as to help complete illegal aliens’ criminal conspiracies.

As Judge Hanen put it: “Instead of enforcing the laws of the United States, the Government took direct steps to help the individuals who violated it. A private citizen would, and should, be prosecuted for this conduct.”

No administration should be allowed to enforce the law selectively. One that actually aids in its violation must be held accountable.
