Memo to Britatin - Ban, Don’t Harbor the Brotherhood

Like rats abandoning ship, Muslim Brotherhood operatives lucky enough to have escaped a government crackdown in Egypt have found refuge lately in places like Qatar and Turkey. No surprise there, since both countries have long been advocates for, and enablers of, the supremacist Islamist agenda of shariah favored by the Brotherhood.

What is stunning is that the Muslim Brotherhood has also been allowed to set up shop in Great Britain. True, the Brits have long tolerated jihadists espousing the submission and destruction of Western-style democracy in favor of Islamic totalitarianism.

Still, it is a new and dangerous mistake for the UK to afford a beachhead for a like-minded, subversive multinational organization and its sophisticated propaganda operations, instead of banning them as Egypt has done – and the United States should do, as well.
