Episode 174 features Doc Pine & The Respect He Deserves. They are a Maryland based group with a new album out called “Welcome To the Victory Lounge.” I first met Doc some time ago (B.C.) when we played a show together at the Metropolitan in Annapolis. He seemed like a unique character and I figured he’d be perfect for the show. In our conversation we talked about all things songwriting, gigging, A.I., parenting, as well as balancing work with creativity. I featured two of his songs on the episode. One is a Christmas tune called “Every Day is Christmas at Oldie’s Packaged Goods & Tavern” and the other is called “The Drugs Ain’t Helping.” If you like Doc’s stuff you can find it wherever you stream music. Thanks for listening and supporting local music. Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas. Links Below.
