David Sypher, Farmington Public Works Director, and Bob Fredriksen, CH2M Water Plant Manager, discuss the steps taken to protect drinking water after the Gold King Mine Spill earlier this month.  They also discussed the three sets of independent tests done on the Animas River to confirm the water quality had returned to pre-event levels.
