Detox: Try Intermittent Fasting

A trend in wellness and for weight-loss and detox is Intermittent Fasting.  The method we like is the 16:8 method where you eat nothing for 16 hours a day and consume all of your calories in an 8 hour window.  When your body is not consuming food, it uses the energy typically for digestion to clean itself more thoroughly.
