This week, I've been so busy with lots going on at Wellness in the Village! All wonderful things, we had our Spring Open House this weekend, and starting up some new, in-person workshops (like the Nutrition Series, starting Wednesday 4/6!), sound healing, Yoga, and all new "Open Studio" hours (more info here on that).
This meditation, guided by Alisa Tiburzi (yoga instructor and my assistant if you haven't met her yet!), has been the perfect way for me to stay balanced and centered with all the moving parts lately. I hope that you will give it a listen, and let us know what you think!
