We loved this alternate reality world where shifters and paranormals were exposed following the unfortunate election of a certain president and now the world is struggling to deal with the results of that revelation. We have Joe, a shifter who was caught murdering mobsters and is not on trial for his life and Neha, his lawyer who is trying to defend him. When they first meet the attraction takes them both by surprise and as they navigate the dangerous underground world of shifter mobsters they fall deeper for each other. The sex is intense from the very beginning and the action is explosive. This book is different but fun and we are excited to read more by Suleikha Snyder.
