2024 USPA WOMEN’S POLO OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP

On Friday, February 23rd the United States Polo Association played its 3rdWomen’s Open Championship at the National Polo Center in Wellington, Florida. Two highly talented 22 goal-teams squared off on the Main Stadium Field in front of an energetic crowd. Team 90210 members, positions, and goal-ratings were #1-Winfred Branscum-3g, #2-Meghan Gracida-4g, #3-Catalina Lavinia-7g, and #4-Mia Cambiaso-8g. Team Buena Vibra members were #1-Valentina Terazona-1g, #2-Cory Williams-4g, #3-Clara Cassino Seppe-8g, and #4-Milly Hine-8g. The high scoring of this historically significant all-women’s match was bitterly contested down to the last minute of the final 6th 7-minute 30-second chukker of competition.
