Celebrating Halloween and Samhain

In this episode, I discuss some ways to Celebrate Halloween, Samhain, and honoring our Ancestors during this time of year. I go over some methods in setting up an Ancestor Altar and connecting with them. Disclaimer: I do get emotional in this episode as a couple of family members made the transition last December and this is a time of year where I feel them even more deeply. Emotions tend to run high during this season. That is Normal. Staying grounded can help a lot. Writing letters to our passed on loved ones, can help us move through this grief and feel the comfort and support offered to us all.
