On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed, the Virgin Islands Police Department releases the identity of the man who was shot and killed at Brewers Beach on St. Thomas Monday. Miguel Marrero, the man who admitted shooting a mother and her minor daughter at a housing community on St. Croix, has been detained in federal custody after a District Court judge determined him to be a danger to the community.
