She has delivered hundred of babies, recently launched a mentorship program, and has an astonishing passion and understanding about birth; which all come from evidence or women themselves.  Melanie is a rare find in that she has not been clouded by the smoke of hospital policy and the cultural stage of a workplace that relies upon managing birth in a systematic way.
