FIA Ep.7: My Walk with Grief

Hello Luminous Souls! I know I've been away a while and shame on me with a new podcast! But thanks for giving me grace and allowing me to share a piece of my soul with you! Today I wanted to share what I've been going through with grief - as I walk through it at an awakened stage of my life vs the old self-destructive mechanisms I was all too comfortable with! It's a process y'all!! But I hope this gives someone else the permission to take the time they need to heal - your emotions are VALID regardless of the circumstance!
