There is fallout from the 2024 College football season that NO one was counting on happening. The athletes find something more valuable than NIL dollars and it's "playing time". They have that its more valuable to them than money. The athletes want exposure for the pro's, their next team or a better NIL deal. They refuse to sit wait their turn , they want it now. 

Also, they other thing to fall out of the use of money to pay athletes in the future. Schools are being forced to hang onto Coaches, that would have been fired by this time of the season. Normally, schools would have turned to a booster to write a check to make a coach disappear. Now, the schools will need that booster money for past payments to athletes eligible to received a cut of the House settlement case. The will need that money for future athletes payments. This is also something thing the athletes wanted for a different reason.
