The worst-kept secret: Students struggle to cope with the cost of college

Carl Shaw has to work three jobs to pay for college. Although in-state tuition at UM has stayed the same for the last three years, that doesn’t stop the out-of-pocket costs from affecting students. Many students have to sign on to multiple jobs to afford school and living costs.
