How An Architect and A Builder Design Together

In this episode, Craig and Kevin talk with David Applebaum, an architect from California, and Kristy Dupuy of Expressive Builders.  David and Kristy have teamed up on a unique build of a home that is in a floodplain and has some very specific requirements.  When an architect and a builder design together, the whole project comes together in a really special way.  They discuss the scope of the project and tell some really great stories along the way.  Having an architect and a builder who are on the same page - and add in that design is important to both - is really important and this episode helps explain why.
