The Road to the Crossfit Games with Kara Saunders

Welcome to episode 85 of the You4ia Health Podcast with Cross-Fit games athlete Kara Saunders. During this episode Kara sheds light on her life as a professional athlete as well as being a full time mum to her young daughter. Kara took a year of competing to give birth and raise her beautiful baby girl and she takes us through what her life looked like stepping away from the sport and the challenges she faced when returning post-partum. Kara is an incredibly inspiring individual who is changing the stigma associated with female athletes. She is a fierce competitor who is dominating the cross-fit community and being extremely humble in the process.
