It has more to do with showing them how to be disciplined, teaching them to make commitment to the habits that leads to results, handling rejection, and getting through when things go wrong. It’s our responsibility to help them the solution instead of being part of the problem in the industry. Everything we do is to prepare them to be that top level talent in the game.
