27 | How I Found Glory In My WeightLoss Story | My Body, My Choice

Hey friends! 

In today’s episode, I am going to get REAL vulnerable. 

I don’t know that I have ever publicly revealed my weight (like the number on the scale)! I have talked publicly about my struggles with weight, having been varying degrees of overweight, obese, and morbidly obese my entire life. 

I am one of those people who if you ask others about me, they would say that I accomplish everything I set out to do. The one thing that I haven’t been able to conquer (yet) is this weight thing. 

So today I am sharing a little of my history with weight loss, ways I’ve tried and failed, and my current decision about moving forward. Here is what I’ve decided to do to Heal Thy SPIRIT for a Healthy Spirit! It’s CRUSH TIME!
