Chatham-Kent police Chief Gary Conn has announced his retirement. Two Chatham men are facing first-degree murder charges. A 28-year-old Chatham man is facing a pair of impaired driving charges after he allegedly drove a vehicle into a ditch near Tilbury and left the scene.
